Formerly the Little White Lion, newly refurbished and tastefully decorated, with a modern feel to it. Featuring a fish counter in the middle of the main restaurant, with displays of fish on beds of ice. The menu itself is extensive, with meat and vegetarian options available.

This owner-managed restaurant specialises in authentic Bangladeshi Tandoori cuisine prepared and cooked in the traditional manner. Upstairs in the lovely Inn On The Lake Restaurant, hosted by Rosemary, and with pianist gently playing in the background. Enjoy a wonderful 4-course lunch in the function room upstairs – we have 20 places. This splendid Carvery Lunch includes a help-yourself ‘starter table’ with a very wide selection of cold starters plus a soup option, a main course of 2 roast meats with vegetarian option, plus a selection of seasonal veggies, roast/boiled potatoes, yorkshires etc. and a selection of desserts which are to die for! We return for another great tribute nights, so do join Rosemary for what promises to be a fun evening. Dining on 3-courses, live entertainment with ‘Abbalicious’ two 45min sessions, and disco till 1.00am.
Starter Melon on Fruit Compote with Natural Yoghurt. Main Breast of Corn Fed Chicken Stuffed with Wild Mushrooms wrapped in Pancetta, Chateau Potatoes, and Veloute Sauce. Vegetarian Gateau of Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables with Tomato Coulis.
Dessert Profiteroles filled with Cream & Chocolate drizzled with a Baileys & Chocolate Sauce. Coffee/Tea + Mints.

Absolutely top quality Italian fare, served by people obviously enthused by the food and the job. This place is very popular so please book in asap – has superb reviews and the food is wonderful, as is the wine list and service. Very cosy and not in a hurry to move you on apparently.
