You can opt in our out of our mailing list at any time and we only
ever send gentle reminders if your membership expires.
Once a week we send an email message with forthcoming events and a
couple of times a month we use an SMS text message to send short
updates. You can opt in or out of this service anytime.
We never give your details to any other organisation, so the
information you pass to us is in safe hands. That's a promise!
