Every Tuesday, Join Richard and his cohorts whacking a little bit of feather & plastic round the courts. Its great fun and excellent exercise and it’s only for one hour, and thereafter you can adjourn to the Club’s bar to discuss the play or whatever. Good mid-week ‘Pick-me-Up’ Cost approx £3 + 60p, Courts are booked 7pm and we play until 8pm

Monday ~ BADMINTON Coaching at Lightwater Leisure Centre,

As of 30th April, received following missive :-
Martin and I have stopped the badminton coaching. No it is not because we are miserable sods but because our pupils have now reached a standard where we cannot teach them further. A couple are now playing very well with us on a Tuesday with Richard, which if you recall was the object of the exercise. Neither Martin or I would be adverse to starting again should there be sufficient people interested.

Our new SILVER membership @ £60pa is for those who do not require full GOLD membership but would prefer just to attend regular events i.e. Walks, Quizzes, Golf, Ten-Pin-Bowling, Badminton, Tennis, Horse Riding, Jiving & Wednesday's Pub Social evening.
